Shipping Information

Our shipping calculator is based on the weight of your total order to help you get the best rate available. We don't believe in marking up shipping to increase our profit. No one likes paying for shipping, and paying extra just adds insult to injury! In-stock items will be shipped within one business day of your order. We ship most items from Dallas, TX. Only orders shipped to destinations within the state of Texas are subject to sales tax.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and make any claims (damage, item not as expected, etc.) within 48 hours and contact us directly with any claims so that we can contact the shipping service or make necessary adjustments. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, less shipping (unless the error is ours, e.g. wrong item shipped, etc.). Most items are shipped from Dallas, Texas. Some items ship directly from the manufacturer and may require more than one business day to ship.

Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the postal service or FedEx, or wrong addresses supplied to us by the customer.

Shipping Rates Calculations

Shipping rates are based on how much your order weighs and weights will be rounded up to the next full pound including a small packaging allowance, except US orders of 13 oz. or less, which are eligible for lightweight shipping rates.

Shipping Delivery Times

We ship most items via USPS Priority Mail, which should be delivered within 3-5 days of shipping to the contiguous 48 states in the US.

International Shipping

Note that some products may not be shippable to some international destinations. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that items ordered can be legally shipped into the destination country. Required standard customs forms will be filled out with truthful declarations of value, and items will be classified as appropriately. However, we cannot supply detailed NAFTA declarations due to the wide variety of sources from which our products are purchased. Customers are responsible for payment of all import duties levied under local laws. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the postal service or import/export customs procedures.
